Casual Positions

All teaching staff at Wycliffe Christian School will be committed Christians able to communicate an authentic Christian worldview. They will have a passion for encouraging student learning in a supportive and challenging learning environment. Staff are also required to maintain their commitment to the John Wycliffe Christian Education Association’s Statement of Faith.

Current positions vacant are normally advertised in the Sydney Morning Herald. Positions may also be advertized in The Weekend Australian and/or the Blue Mountains Gazette. Application papers (including application pro forma) information for intending applicants, including position descriptions can be downloaded from this site. It is an offence under the NSW Child Protection (Prohibited Employment Act) 1998 for a person convicted of a serious sex offence to apply for this position. Background checking will be conducted to comply with the terms of the Act.

All teaching staff are employed under the Wycliffe Christian School Teaching Staff Agreement 2007-2010.

Applicants are required to provide a reference from the Minister of the church they are currently attending.
